Felisha and Tony’s Winter Wedding at Center Stage left a beautiful impression on everyone in attendance. They chose dark red as one of their colors and incorporated it beautifully into each piece of the wedding. From the bridesmaids’ gowns to the flowers, the touches of red gave a warm feeling to their Italian Winter Wedding.
The day started with Tony and his guys pretending to get ready.
Yes, while they enjoyed a few beverages, I showed up to get photographs of him putting on his tux. Since it was still early, we did a mockup, and a few of the guys threw on their dress clothes for the staged photos. It worked perfectly, and their pictures turned out great. Needless to say, Tony jumped out of those clothes about 2 minutes after I walked out the door.
Next up, I photographed the girls finishing up getting ready for this beautiful winter wedding.
Felisha wore a beautiful dress that I photographed in a room with AMAZING light. I took beautiful photos of her shoes and veil as well as her flower girl twirling for me. After Felisha’s mom helped her into her dress, we did a first look (one of two for the day) with her bridesmaids. We closed off the room, gathered the girls, and I stepped up on the couch to get the peek through shot of her bridesmaids lighting up at the site of her.
Once they all completed the finishing touches, everyone left for the ceremony.
With everyone gathered in the hallway outside the doors to the nave, Felisha created her second first look. Not with the groom, but with her dad. Too see this decorated man cry at the site of his daughter in her wedding dress, well, his eyes weren’t the only one’s damp!
St. Titus Parish gave a lovely scene for their Winter wedding.
One with a balcony that allowed me to capture the perfect overhead shots of their ceremony, as well as a few creative ones! After the girls donned their personalized leather jackets, we snagged a few fun bridal party shots and headed to Center Stage for the reception.
Decorated with lanterns, candles, and roses everywhere, Center Stage made the perfect reception hall.
Felisha and Tony entertained their guests with a photo booth, a somewhat gruesome groom’s cake, and a first dance on the clouds. The toasts made brought tears to Felisha’s eyes and the cake cutting brought a bit of icing to her face!
The entire day was fun, gorgeous, and the perfect winter wedding day for the couple.
To see pictures from their engagement photos you can look at their card box or look at their blog post here. Congratulations to the couple again, who now have a new surprise up their sleeve… a baby girl due in a month! I cannot wait 😊
